We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all 56 aged care clients who participated in our Consumer Group Survey, conducted by Kevin O’Donnell in March 2025. Your honest feedback helps us improve the way we care for you—and that’s always our top priority.

The survey asked you to rate various aspects of our service on a scale from 1 to 5, where:

  • 2 = Not often

  • 3 = Neutral

  • 4 = Often

What You Said About the App


We asked whether you’d use a client app to access budget, invoices, and case management information if we covered the cost. Only 5 clients said they would be likely to use it, giving us an average score of 3.15. Based on this, we’ve decided not to move forward with the app at this time.


 

Your Comments – And What We Did
