Meet the founder
Gaynor Lowndes FRCSA
Gaynor has over 30 years' experience in management in the human/community services sectors. She specializes in attraction, selection and retention of quality staff, particularly in the aged care, disability and health sectors.
Organizations from all market sectors have benefited from Gaynor's results-driven yet personalized approach to team and personal development. Her versatility, practical insight and unparalleled ability to motivate staff have made her the toast of staffing businesses throughout Australia, NZ and the UK.
She understands the delivery of high volume services as she was a senior member of the team that put on the Sydney 2000 Olympics and understands staffing and its challenges. In 2001, Gaynor set up The Recruitment Training Company, principally to supply much needed skills training to recruitment teams. She has built businesses; lead teams and is a published author on employment and staffing. Prior to recruitment Gaynor trained as an Enrolled Nurse and worked in aged and palliative care. Gaynor is a strong advocate for organizations to be progressive agencies for social change, reconciliation and fostering compassionate and resilient communities.
Gaynor is innovative and passionate about delivering quality community care and has a strong focus on the challenges of creating a new strategic outcome orientated approach to our work. She has a focus on working to enable people to participate fully and flourish in the community and provides strong leadership to her team of dedicated staff . She has experience is engagement strategies and have a strong focus on developing new initiatives.
Gaynor holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a Fellow of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association.
